Terms of purchase and delivery
Ranoja OÜ Purchase and delivery conditions
1.1 The order or orders shall be paid for on the basis of an invoice, by transfer or in cash.
1.2 All product prices displayed on the website are in euros and include VAT.
1.3 The customer pays for the order in advance the entire purchase amount, which includes the delivery fee, unless otherwise agreed in advance between Ranoja OÜ and the customer.
2. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
2.1 The sales conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the website. The prices of the products offered on the website are indicated next to the products. If a price offer has been prepared for the customer, it is valid for 14 days, unless otherwise stated in the price offer. The price includes a fee for delivering the goods. The delivery fee will be displayed when the invoice is sent to the buyer. Information about the product is provided on the website directly next to the product. The sales contract is concluded from the moment of payment of the invoice. The goods belong to Ranoja OÜ in full before the sales contract is concluded.
3. Delivery
3.1 Goods are sent to all European countries.
3.2 The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed on the forwarded invoice/order confirmation.
3.3 Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 7-10 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
3.4 The goods are delivered on the basis of the delivery conditions presented and selected by the Customer during the purchase process.
3.5 The goods arrive at the address entered by the Customer or at the parcel machine.
3.7 In case, upon receiving the goods, it turns out that the delivered goods are either incorrect, defective or have been damaged during transport, the customer undertakes to inform Ranoja OÜ as soon as possible by writing to the address ranoja@ranoja.ee
3.8 Ranoja OÜ is responsible for the goods purchased by the customer during the entire transportation. At the moment of receipt of the goods, the risk of damage to the goods is transferred to the Customer
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 After receiving the order, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days
4.2 In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store. We only replace products if they are damaged or of poor quality.
4.3 If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, we have the right to reduce the return fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
4.4 In order to return the goods, a request/statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted in free form to the e-mail address ranoja@ranoja.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest. Please indicate the order/invoice number and the date the order was received in the withdrawal statement. After sending the withdrawal request/statement, Ranoja OÜ will send instructions on how to return the product to us.
4.5 The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the goods to be returned do not correspond to the ordered goods (e.g. incorrect or defective goods).
4.6 The customer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has posted the goods to Ranoja OÜ within the aforementioned period.
4.7 Upon receipt of the returned goods, Ranoja OÜ shall return to the Customer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the Customer under the contract.
4.8 Ranoja OÜ may refuse to make refunds until it has returned the thing that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the thing. All questions, disputes and suggestions should be forwarded to ranoja@ranoja.ee.
